A brain dump. I'd been doing well at avoiding binge snacking but I've just eaten 1/4 of a box of cornflakes. I'm frustrated and feel guilty - I have avoided bingeing for days and have been quite proud of that as I'm a sucker for cereal. Also trying to not beat myself up over it because I don't want to knock myself off across the weekend. Especially with a buffet tomorrow. But my swollen stomach doesn't help accept or forget what I've done. At least when I binge it's only cornflakes? I need to keep in mind that I'm on holiday soon as I don't want to be self conscious of myself, and also want to feel happy to enjoy tasty Portuguese food.
