well I did this thing yesterday My back went out so I laid around all day at home and I eat breakfast lunch dinner and snack 3400 calories 10000 grams of sodium I was just hungry all day that's the first time I have broke over since September of 2022 Lord help me I have to do better than that GOOD news is the laying around has got me back in the workout game just got done with 1 hour extreme workout burnt 1200 calories got me a 120 Heart points off to a good start today hope it goes well for you today oh and GOOd morning FS Family Thanks for your support
