how can you eat so little? do you eat anything before bedtime?

rachel1663, Yes I've posted before I eat 4 meals rather than 3. My 9pm is always a bowl of bran flakes with fruit and almond milk. It is logged first thing in the morning so I see what I have left to work with. If I don't eat late, I don't sleep PLUS my growling stomach would wake up the neighbors. Total calories today 1177 - I shoot for between 1150 and 1200 a day.

I eat dinner at 9 for the same reasons— to avoid hunger disturbing my sleep 💤. Three meals a day, 1,000-1,200 kcals like you 👍

Rachel- Wondering if you use your food diary? It definitely helps me to be able to see what others are doing and if this would be something that will help me. No 2 people are exactly the same, or follow exactly the same path, we all find what works for us. Hope this helps you and Good luck 😊
