Yesterday was a typical day, had no problem eating increased calories...LOL. I completed my exercises and I managed to maintain my weight. Today my goal is to consume no more than 1267 calories. I dont think it will be difficult. I have a meeting this morning, so no exercise in the morning, hopefully I can make for that by cutting the grass this afternoon.....we will see!
Yesterday's workout 52 minutes on the treadmill 20 minutes weights 100 crunches 50 leg raises on each side.

Yeah, it's not too hard to INCREASE the calories! :) Have fun with cutting the grass - maybe you can work some lunges in while you're pushing the mower.
