seperti biasa 1hari sebelum pms pasti overactive,apa aja pngin dikerjain pokoknya,kyk hormon bersih bersih rumah jg naik😅,giliran H+1 bener2 lemes + kram perut,seharian tumbang di kasur.. padahal jadwal legday,yaudah manjain badan aja dulu 😅

aku hari ini jg lg H4 abis upper body wo, dari H1-H3 gak wo sama sekali. gara2 kram perut + banyak kerjaan kantor numpuk
