Anyone up for a tuna salad with peanut butter, jam, and banana sandwich, with avocado on toast, and kefir yogurt. Sometimes macro tracking results in weird combinations. Got to hit those numbers. Please tell me I’m not the only one who does this.

As long as you are hitting the macros and total cals, you do you. I had my oats, PB & banana for carbs and then a second bowl for chicken & beef.

it all looks good to me, I eat weird combinations of food anyway and it works for me, I'm glad it's working for you too enjoy.

My lunch is lentil soup and shrimp cocktail for this very reason. Looks good!

i look forward to your pictures because they give me ideas on how to combine foods! That said, i mix poached eggs, cottage cheese, spinach and cauliflower together often (which i think is weird)
