i know this weigh in is temporary....its just part of the cycle... had pizza today too. so it will add to this. Easily, all January i managed to maintain 1x a week for exercise (AKA physical therapy) it wasnt much of a challenge and it felt like i was "starting over" every time. The plan is to bump it up to 2x a week for February-still physical therapy...but maybe i will be able to have less knee/back aches and more progress.
