It's early morning, the coffee is being made and the kids are waking up. Quiet time lol
I didn't plan on working out yesterday, I planned on taking a day off. But the machine is there and it keeps calling me :). I'm glad I got on it! I did the 20km in 50:38! I setthe goal for myself to do it in 45 min by May 21st (a full month work-out) so I'm positive that I'll get there.
I'm going to the doctor this morning, for my lower back pack. During the day it's not too bad, but when I lay down, I can hardly turn around :( we'll see what he says.
I did wake up on a bad mood, so today might be a rest day. Then again, the elliptical is a great way to get out the anger haha
