Yesterday was an interesting day. I treated myself to Dairy Queen banana split, it was 520 calories: 79 carbs, 10 grams of protein and I forget the fat grams. I planned it into my diet. I work up to a weight loss this morning, however I was not surprised since I recognized some immediate effects of my new diet regimen!
I am going to try to zigzag my caloric intake for a few weeks.I believe my body has adjusted to my workout intensity and my caloric intake which would be fine if I was at my goal weight but since I am not I have got to do something about it.
So here I go....lets see what happens over the next 2 weeks.
Workout Yesterday -Walked up and down a hill yesterday 8 times, took me about 20 minutes.
Measurements Body Fat% - 24.8 Muscle Mass% - 41.0 Body Water% -57.2 Bone Mass - 4.2 lbs.
