blueydlatina, jenhoven,. Crockpot on low for 2.5 - 3 hours. Grease bottom then mix all this together. 30oz chopped spinach thawed and liquid squeezed out,. 1/2 stick butter, 16 oz cottage cheese, 1.5 cup your favorite cheese grated, 3 eggs, 1 t salt and .25 cup self rising flour.
I use 1 c cheddar cheese and . 5 c pepper jack cheese together. I sometimes use reduced fat cottage cheese.
It really is yummy without adding anything else.

blueydlatina,. We make it a freeze some. We've used it to make grilled wraps with yummy spinach and sausage. Used it to stuff chicken breasts. Stuff large pasta noodles or make ravioli. So many uses so it's something I make quite often.

I've never roasted turnips or radishes. How are the radishes? Still spicy? I've never heard of that but might try it

Hi LessFluffy! I made the spinach today-OMG! I didn’t want to eat anything else but that for dinner! My slow cooker runs a little hot so I created sort of a crust around the edges and that was a very tasty mishap. Thank you again for sharing. Very little leftovers. ☹️
