well, my toddler and I have been sick 😷... toddler has an ear infection, and i got whatever is going around at school/work. He wouldnt fall asleep until 1am. Not upset with the weigh in but i know it want last. Yet, if it sticks, i wont be mad. I took OTB123's advice and swapped my % for fat and protein, combined with Stormsgirl tip of making protein the weight i need/want to be(128g), Inadvertently, that made me need to bump my carbs down a lil, but ive been naturally sitting around 140g anyway. Lets see how this fairs for the next few weeks!! Starting February out strong with all this analysis!! Thanks for everyones input! It helps so much!
