My ex #2 had no money but stayed in shape with this routine that takes 30 minutes. I think he used to do it every day. AMRAP means as many reps as possible but it's ok to start with 10 or 15 controlled reps and rest to the end of the 3 minutes. Sit ups 2 minutes AMRAP rest 1 minute Push ups 2 minutes AMRAP Rest 1 minute Stand ups which are combo squat and reach up overhead AMRAP and rest 1 minute. If you have a set of stairs go up and down for 2 minutes and rest If you have a pull up bar do pull ups 2 minutes AMRAP and rest. Repeat until the 30 minutes are up. You really only need to be able to lie down on the floor for the situps and push ups or modify for your space and ability.
