om2 : kalo sebelum angkat beban, warm up trs pake pre wo dulu ga.. ex. 5 menit warm + 10 menit pre baru angkat beban gitu..

@dinaisra¹_ Kalo aku enggak, lgs Gasss, Gak pake pre workout, Kopi diantara latihan, sruput kopi sekira tenaga mulai melemah, sekali sruput tenaga meledak lagi. Rest hanya beberpa detik saja. Jd 45 - 60 menit 7dah full otot terlatih smua. Tapi ya sesuaikan saja dgn kondisi masing², stiap org gak sama tp boleh dicoba.
