I have to figure out how to destress. And get better sleep. My cousin is having a terrible time, very stressed about moving. They had a house fire, hence me being asked to take the cat. Also did take the cat but drove it to my mother's and mom is thrilled to be taking care of a cat. It's hard worrying for other people. I also visited 3 different people and ate with all of them so now I have to make up for it by not eating as much tomorrow. Maybe tomorrow I will go find a gym or start setting up one in my house. I had an ex who taught me a simple weight routine so I have no excuse really. I have what I need to get started on getting into better shape.

I'm totally with you. Walking seems to help my stress the best but I don't risk walking on snow or ice and I don't like walking in bitter cold. So my lack of proper motivation - expecting perfect conditions for my walk - derail me. I try to use good sleep habits and they, in general, don't work for me. I'm a mess. One thing is that I try not to worry for other people. I have enough to deal with. I wish I had a simple exercise routine. I'm resistant to that unfortunately. My own worst enemy.

I know you can do it. You are motivated and have a never quit attitude - that's the key!
