Yesterday was my 8 month anniversary here on Fatsecret. While I met my goal a while back, I feel for me I need to stay the course and see where the scale lands. I still have a drop from time to time although much less now. Thanks to each and every one of you that have commented, supported and encouraged me along the way. There is no other place I would rather spend my free time reading posts. I hope in some way I have encouraged someone along their journey as so many have encouraged mine. I know we are not in this alone.

Impressive. I see you were at 155. That’s wehere I am now. Feeling fluffy. I too was a runner. Taking care of aging parents and work Tom me off course and the years are making it harder. I’m back now. Going to count Cals starting today. 🙂. Thanks for the inspiration

pakiemon, You can do it. Just log everything you put in your mouth. Don't guess, measure or weigh. It takes a bit of effort at first but before you know it, You will have learned so much about your habits. You will probably be a little shocked as I was. I also do my best to balance my Macros. No food is off limits though 😊. FS set my calories at 1100 and I let them that way but my goal was always 1200. It's funny because when I manually set 1200 as my goal, I went over. So set at 1100 but shoot for 1200. Another tip, Lot your givens first thing in the morning so you can see what you have left to work with. Wishing you much success!
