Yesterday's work-out went really well! I did the 20km 3 min faster than the day before.
Today was something else. I was tired, because the baby kept waking up all night. Woke up with a head ache, so I wasn't really in the mood. I had to fight myself mentally the whole hour, so I was vey surprised to see that I did the 20 km in 52min32 secs, which is a sec faster than yesterday! It seems like I'm sweating extra much today though. More fat melting away I hope haha
