Big gain after a week of partying in Denver plus 2 days of no workouts and poor food choices upon return home. I am going to have to work hard just to get back where I was, let alone start losing again.
104.1 kg Lost so far: 30.9 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
