Sooo hard to keep up with healthy eating when you're at work, bored, sleepy and anxious! Ok, no excuses but I failed for today. I do Focus T25 everyday, before work, I wake up at 03h30 am to get ready for my daily videos so by this time 16h30, I'm sooo sleepy and bored (at work) that just drives me crazy. I'm trying to keep a below 1200 kcal diet.
