I have been IF since Oct last year, started with, 16/8 and now alternating between 18/6 and 20/4 depending on the day, also combining IF with a low carb diet and light exercise, in the beginning it was difficult but once you push through the cravings, hunger bursts and headaches your body will adjust and start working for you and with you, I honestly have not felt better, I sleep much better, am not tired at all, and still perform optimal mentally. Just push through you won't regret it!
