seminggu drop ..jadi seminggu ga workout defisit kalori pun berantakan..jadi stuck lagi d 53.85kg sedihhhh 😞😞 susah bgt rasa y mau ke 52 kg aj .. hari ini d mulai lagii 💪💪💪
