2022 is finally over - thank goodness. It was a crap year. A lot happened, most days I did not care what I ate or that I slept/binged watched Netflix the entire day. This year, I want to try and be mindful. Mindful of what I eat, how I move, negative thoughts, how I talk to others and mostly - how i talk to myself. Slow and steady wins the race - slow and steady.
