My man was so nice to get me an elliptical for the house. Having 4 children makes it very hard to do an out-the-house-work-out, so this is perfect!
I'm in pretty bad shape, haven't done any sports in forever. So I'm taking it slow. Starting out with 15 min a day. And I plan to build up to a half hour a day within a month. I'm curious to see what the results will be!
