My doctor and I had been watchiing my blood pressure for a few years, and finally we agreed that I start on Valsartan to lower it. After 2 weeks of being on the drug, I have to say I feel much better and feel like exercising in this beautiful weather we are having now. My goal is to reach 135 lbs. I'm eating much better too. Smoothies for breakfast and smaller lunches and dinners. This will take some time.. but I hope to achieve it by the end of summer.
