I do intermittent fasting meaning I eat once a day on most days so fast 20 hours and eat in a small window. Some people do 36 hour. I drink green tea, plenty of water. You get used to it. Your weight is SO LOW - why are you fasting?

@HCB doesn't need to be related to weight. Occasional fasting is healthy for the body. Also there are religions that have fasting as religious practice.. it's a great way to bring sugar lvls under control and stop cravings, sort of to reset..
Btw, even tho I think it's a bit too restrictive, I admire greatly what you do, takes a lot of discipline to eat only once a day!
