Struggled with not wanting to track all of my food intake yesterday. Cheating will not get me to my goal. Time to own up to all of it. We went to a burgers and dogs picnic today so will eat light this evening. I am reminding myself to chew longer than I usually do because sometimes when I have consumed enough calories and feel satisfied...not full, I still want to chew more. Good motivation, willpower and stick-to-it-iveness to all FS friends and buddies. J
