Bad day today. I was doing really well too. But, I didn't go food shopping and had to stop and grab a quick bite and I surrendered to slices of pizza and pepperoni roll. Yuck I usually do about 60 - 80 grams of carbs but hit 250 today. Man, it is so easy to fall off the wagon.
I guess tomorrow is another day but I just want to wallow for awhile LOL
