The harder i try to do the right things, the more push -back i get from my body....

You’re probably starting too hard. Ease into it. Your body is coming from a point of comfort to being forced to adapt

Supes is right. You’re starting off too hard. Build up and include some rest days. Muscle spasms can also be from dehydration or potassium deficiency. Drink lots of water and try eating a banana.

I tell myself, even if my body isn't as capable as I'd like, it's always trying as hard as it can. And even when it wears out or breaks, it'll never stop trying to heal and keep on going.

hey there! I feel ya! was going to the gym regularly then was in a car accident in July and am JUST now getting cleared to do VERY light lifting. Take it SLOW give your body time to catch up and don't go to hard. If you're injured it's hard to do much!
