Got a fantastic workout in today. Was going to do arms, lower back and legs...but I got done, and I had so much more left in the tank, I went full body. Set new personal bests in dumbbell flat bench press, dumbbell rows, deadlifts, dumbbell overhead triceps extensions (went nuts on that one, they just would not fatigue, doubled my weight on that, 5 sets!!!) I've a long ways to go, but I can't wait to see what potential I have!!
