Good morning FS Family looks as I'm eating to much sodium again I have been doing great on my life adjusting. My workouts have went from 15 minutes and that was pushing it to a full 1 hour workout 2 times per day 5-6 am 8-9 pm and I've been strength training more each day. so as you build muscle will it affect weight loss ? I have been averaging 1700 calories per day and burning 36 to 3800 calories per day I'll loose weight for like days in a roll then stop and gain back 2 to 4 lbs doing the same thing every day like Wednesday of this week I weighed in at 300.4 lb Thursday I weighed 304 Friday 304 Saturday 304 Sunday this morning I'm back to 301.8 normal or not I don't know but I'm still a looser Thank God

I admire your workouts! Muscle vs. weight loss might not be the factor. With the higher sodium, maybe what you are experiencing is some water retention?
