Well... this is Day 1 on this App and I am just trying to figure it out. My goal is to lose "the last 10lbs" and get back into marathon shape. My challenge being that I enjoy my salty snacks and post run beer... wish me luck... this will be more of a mental process (again) and re-learning better habits than one about calorie counting per se.
