Had a great loss in the beginning of 2022. The fact is stress and beer don’t work well together 😅. It won’t be the first time i need to start over. But i’m not worried, in my 20s, i lost 100lbs and keeped it like that for years. 2022 was just a bad and stressful year. Happy new year to you all
