I think you're the first person I've ever seen that has a self care plan after such a loss, very well thought out too and honouring to your husband's memory... Do what you can, one day at a time.. triehard is right, you do have a community of support here !!

We are here for you. Celebrate him everyday. Was just gifted the book a pocketful of happiness by Richard Grant who lost his wife 12 months ago and before she died she challenged him to look for a pocketful of happiness each day and whilst this doesn’t stop the grieving process, it definitely could help you get thru.
