I just winged it of course I use half a cup of sugar and half a cup of xylitol and then a splash of rosewater and orange blossom water. If you wanted you could use all xylitol or all Stevia

Rubato456– thanks for your recipe. I do put oranges and the juice in mine, and SWERVE, which is ERYTHRITOL. I think I will pick up the rose water tomorrow.. I bought 6 bags of cranberries at Thanksgiving
