just came back from hols and very pleased with the result. haven't weighed in for a while, so the previous weight is outdated. when i left it was actually around 54 kg or higher. i actually lost weight, even with my stuffed ankle and no intense exercise (ie running)! for some reason everytime i go on holidays i always manage to do that, so very happy :)
but of course, my lowest was < 52, and now it's 54. will continue to work to get back down
