I am doing well food intake wise, but am just a slug. don't want to do anything, clean, work out, nothing but chill. i have to get out of this rut so i am forcing myself to go to the gym and then grocery store. I just don't want to leave the house. Planning menus and figuring out when I can work out next week- mon, wed, thurs, friday.what was the cheesey quote- fail to plan means planning to fail.
