This new way of eating is working! I finally found my low fat vegan diet was not working with my body. The minute I lowered my carbs, my body started to shed pounds!
85.7 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
