Raining this morning…41…better then sno…
I’d like to say I have my first workout in…but thinking it might be a recovery day…slept past alarm…got up..and a cup of ☕️…didn’t pep me up….it was just liquid going in…
I did hit 590 I. Push-ups yesterday…and did some other workouts that were different…as well…as taking the stairs..and walking the halls 2-3 times….but by the afternoon….my energy level was slowly leaking out….and by not taking a nap…..I’ve been sleeping better….got my 8 last night…
Even though it’s recovery day…willl probably still do shorter workouts…just to get moves in…less sets..lower reps…
It’s December…and it’s looking like it’s gonna be a mild one….of course you just don’t kno what’s in store…next week…lol…
Well…starting to feel the need to move…taking recovery days is hard for me…
