That looks about right!! I have at least 1tbs of PB every day. And some kind of whole food nut daily. Either 14 oz almonds, walnuts, etc.

I measure just 1 tbsp for my toast with blueberries. At first it seemed like so little but now I look forward to that treat.

I weigh mine, too. When I was losing I tried to keep the volume low. I eat PB on my half bagel most mornings. Now that I've been in maintenance for awhile I put it on thicker to up my protein 😋

So true! Love peanut butter especially with an apple. My favorite is peanut butter and banana sandwich but I don’t do that much anymore. I usually measure mine but that’s kind of messy and then I lick the measuring spoon. 😀🤷🏼♀️ Weighing is a great idea!

At least it is not wasted calories. Peanuts are so good for you, they keep you feeling sated and less likely to eat more. I put mine in my oatmeal. or on my banana with flax for lunch sometimes. As, you say though, we need to be more aware.

Nuts in general are so tasty but really calorie and fat laden for the amount of protein that you get from them.. good in moderation using portion control.

I weighed mine for awhile then started eye balling it. Probably should weigh again as my eyeballs aren’t too good anymore.
