After staying on 74.2kg for days I lose 100gm on the day I have 2 slices of chocolate cheesecake made with a large Toblerone. Mm, I can't work it out!

My daughter had her tonsils out - painful as an adult - lived on icecream for 2 weeks, lost 4 kg!
Go figure??? She’s been on a lower carb restricted calorie diet for months, with very little results.
Maybe the surgery was such an insult to the body that the shock reset her metabolism, maybe despite the sugar overload she stayed on lower calories because it was so difficult to swallow post-op.
No idea. We are mystified. Maybe she’s from the planet of sugar-plum fairies and should just live on icecream…
