Getting enough protein may support healthy metabolism and reduce your appetite

Definitely not compulsory required to take protein instead of taking protein you can add my fruits and vegetables in your diet and you can have high protein foods like panner, kidney beans, etc.

Protein shakes maybe not.. but protein in general, like from food, yes.. I take protein from food like eggs, milk, chicken, wheat noodles etc.. You should take 50+ grams of protein per day. I eat for 150g to gain muscles. you can do the same too.

Losing weight and not having adequate protein in food leads to loss of muscles, disrupt your metabolism, further it might lead to overweight in near future since body will try to crave for energy for life Processes . There will be severe health issues too, if if you are losing weight without knowing whether it's lose of fat or muscles too.. So Yes, Protein atleast 60gms a day for mere maintainance. Rather -> body weight×1.8gms quantity for lean muscle growth(recommended)

if your protein intake with the diet is good approx 20% of whole calories intake then it's fine, if it is less than 20% try to increase it with diet or manage it with powdered protein

no need. just alter the schedule but do the same stuff. Eat protein in the form of foods only... not supplements

try to be in calorie deficiet and if you are taking a good amount of protein then you'll be gaining muscles and the more muscle you have or the high testosterone level you have you'll loose fat more..... so make sure you are having a protein rich diet with balance carbohydrates and good fats so that you can loose more fat and build good muscle mass. Thanks

well u dont need protein supplements such as whey necessarily but u do need proteins in a normal diet.. u can get high proteins from eggs.. chicken.. beans.. nuts.. green left vegetables.. fruits etc.. they play a very important role in weight loss and gain both.. needs to be eaten as required..

yes u need to take protein. but if u r asking about supplement, it depends on ur activity. try to supply it through cookout itself . I have been doing it for the past 2 yrs now and I have seen results
