tumis tahu toge , telor ceplok , tutup intermittent fasting. (jam2 siang tadi) sekarang diet IF ngambil yang 20 jam , besok kan weekend biar jam 9 pagi udah bisa makan :) dan besok ama minggu cuma Defkal doang :)
