Still going at it with the stationary bike, looking at 2or 3 times a week. I’m building endurance which is nice. I have a feeling I’m retaining water or something. I like to think I’m improving my body weight, but I’m not sure. Oh well, it feels good afterwards so that’s nice.

You are probably losing body weight and gaining muscle weight. This is a good thing. Good job, keep it up 👏👏

That's amazing! You've made a commitment and you're standing to it. it's hard to keep doing it every day or whatever your schedule is but you got this. sometimes you will fall but you just keep on going. you work right through it and you come out on the other side! this is great news! just like kitty cat said we're building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so if the weight doesn't seem to be coming off as much as it should be, it's going in a better place muscle which keeps us stronger!
