Latte in the morning and I'll make a salad with tuna for lunch. Today is my daughter's birthday so I'll be making or picking up a cake for dessert. I'll just have a tablespoon with the family (cake's not my problem, salty snacks are) I'm going to be strict with SB phase 1, except for the bite of cake, because I've been too relaxed about the diet. I forgot about my goal to wear the clothes in my closet that I love but are too tight. and summer is just around the corner! Think positive!
