I had i initially started out 5 pounds heavier so I lost more than recorded. I just bought me a scale so now I could really monitor it. Its raining now but I know after the rain there is always sunshine. I have to get that "I should lose 1000 pounds in one shot" and understand that it does take time. I am a little proud of myself but i know I could do better. The only thing I expect from this day forth is for the chart lines to go down down down. I WILL NOT SETTLE FOR LESS! This is the last summer that I will be this weight. Its to hot for it and i am definitely tired of carrying it around. Me and this bulk is seperating and is getting a DIVORCE!
