This morning, I actually weight 2 pounds more.
Hmmm.
I think it's because of the lack of being "cleaned out" before weighing. I feel rather full. I wonder if it's possible that I actually need more fiber (ie, I need to be "cleaned out." This is an issue I've had before...

= 11.5 g
which is not high enough. Hmm. I need to add some legumes (like chickpeas) and then I'd be on target.
We'll see what I weigh tomorrow and that'll clinch what I think needs work if anything. I ate somewhat late in the day yesterday so perhaps it is a fluke of some sort.
