Yesterday was a typical day, tolerated the increased weights, ran a little longer on the treadmill, went a little over my calories, for some reason I got a little hungry in the middle of the day....that has not happened in a while.
Oh well, lots to do today, got a late start so I got to get moving...
Yesterday's workout
72 minutes on the treadmill (30 @ 4.0speed & 42 minutes @ 3.5) 4 sets of 12 reps with 45 lb weights (on bench, arms) 3 sets of 15 reps with 45 lb weights (arms weight machine) 3 sets of 12 reps with 10 lb free weight (arms)
Measurements (Athletic) Body Fat% - 25.1 Muscle Mass% - 41.5 Body Water% - 56.6 Bone - 4.2 lbs.
