Well, I wish I didn't have that appletini last night. that threw me over my 1500 calories but I'm not going to beat myself up. I really need to start working out. Its so hard to get motivated to go and its just down the stairs and across the street. Maybe tomarrow when i don't have to go to work. I'm really worried about eating right on my vacation. We will have to take healthy food with us so I can have my good snacks then I won't be so temped by the bad things.

Yeah, don't beat yourself up. You needed that Appletini, and they're so good! Who could resist? I had half of a Shop Rite donut last night. Yet, I followed my plan very nicely yesterday. Before I ate half a donut, I consumed about 868 calories. I just needed a nibble, a taste. If I didn't take a piece, I would be back to the refrigerator later eating two. I know how I am already lol. You're doing just fine. Even if you went a little over 1500 cal, you can balance your week out :) Make sure to take plenty of healthy snacks with you on vay-cay. If you want to treat yourself, splurge. Why not? Just make sure to be consistent with working out, finding any way to work out :) I know how hard it is to go on va-cay and not be tempted. I went with my boyfriend down the shore, so many delicious foods on the boards, oh gosh! I gained two pounds, but I lost it again. We are going down the shore again, and I'm gonna make wiser decisions. I want to sort of splurge, but really try to watch :)
