Just a bit of yoga tonight. I am super tired from work. 😴 This is why I try to exercise in the morning. I seem to get more done. I will plan for treadmill tomorrow AM. 🏃♀️ I have noticed my daily exercise has decreased slowly over the last 3 months or so. Time to try harder. 💪
