My tips after researching and implementing is 1. I wouldn't drink my calories and have a very low sugar intake 2.eating whole foods 3.get active for 40min atleast 4 times a week I also do bodyweight training 4. Account for everything you eat even the small bits food scale helps. 5.account for added oil and butters while cooking 6.my macro ratio for energy during workouts is carbs/protein/fat 7.enough rest and drink water at least 3 shaker bottles

Hi there. Glad to see the motivation. As a rule of thumb though it is a never a wise decision to go below 1200 calories per day regardless of whatever workout routine or diet you are following. Rather this at times makes your body hold onto fat and you can lose muscle especially if you are not eating enough to help your muscles to recover and grow after workouts. This from my own experience and from research I have made through my own fitness journey. All the best to you. I hope you reach your fitness goals and have a healthier mind and body as a result 🌻
