We are all entitled to make mistakes and slip ups. There are way too many temptations in this world to always turn down dessert or the extra glass of wine. Life's too short to be unhappy on a tightly restricted diet. You may see some gains, but they quickly will disappear. You're doing great girl, keep your chin up.

I did well food wise...it was how much I drank on Saturday night that absolutely KILLED IT. Eugh. Doing well today, though, and going to go to the gym later. I'm also taking my sketchbook so I can get some work done on the bike! Multitasking!
